There’s something about bee-hives…………Is it the beautiful simplicity of the ‘architecture’?  They have some kind of archetypal significance for me.  And wouldn’t it be great to have your house with a circular entrance near the roof?!   I especially like the top right corner of this painting that I made last week (mixed media on 40x50cm wood panel).  It has an ambiguity and decorative quality that seemed to appear of its own accord.   Haven’t thought of a good title yet.
