‘Ding Dong’, 40x30cm mixed media on paper.  I made a small drawing of Ding Dong mine many years ago.  Its the relic of a tin mine on the moors of western Cornwall, and, sitting on high ground, it can be seen for miles around and is a local landmark.  This is a larger coloured drawing made in the studio.  Sometimes a long period of time elapses before a reinterpretation of a drawing becomes due.  In this case almost two decades!
