There’s a walk we occasionally take which goes through the Penwith moors toward Ding Dong mine.  We’ve been walking this way for over 25 years and along the way is this barn.  Each time we pass it a bit more roof has blown off during the last storm and a few more stones have fallen to the ground, probably not far from where they originated.  I have finally managed to make this 30x30cm drawing on paper before it becomes so dilapidated that there won’t be much left to record and the structural secrets that have become revealed will finally disappear.  There’s something about entropy and the effect it has on buildings that fascinates me.
