Happy New Year art-lovers.  The last painting to be finished in 2014 is another off-season painting; this one based on some beach huts at Tynmouth.  I’m often drawn to themes that include the result of man’s influence on ‘natural’ landscape.  Beach huts seeming like models of grown-up buildings and a red marker triangle which is becoming a bit of a trademark.

I’m now working on some darker, winter inspired paintings, some figurative.  I’ll keep you posted if they get anywhere.
