A new painting that pretty much reflects what it was like out here for much of this week.  I might call it ‘downpour’ until I can think of something a bit more poetic.

But below is a small (although significant), alteration to a summer painting that I posted a couple of months ago.  An improvement I think, although I had assumed that it was finished!  Probably change it again soon.  Maybe I should just frame it and ‘put it to bed.’
