Some final changes to this picture have made all the difference.  The brighter green over the original green and the addition of another rook (the playful one) have given the overall image much more impact.  I think the promise of spring coming has inspired all this.  I’ve had fun playing with threes: three trees, three hives and three birds………Thrice three in fact!
