This one has just been framed ready for a show in Penzance next month

Called ‘Coastal Windbreak’ it is a recently completed 40x50cm (mixed media on canvas) painting based on a very small painting which I made on board a long time ago, maybe 20 years!  I came across it in my drawings chest and thought that because it had a similar colour palette to the one I’ve been using recently it would be be good to develop the original idea.  I’ve used pale greys, both warm and cool, instead of my recent preference for white.  Less dramatic but less stark.
